Empowering Lives Through Compassionate Outreach: A Partnership with Rotary Club of Kabarole

In a heartwarming collaboration with the Rotary Club of Kabarole, we embarked on a transformative initiative to make a positive impact in the lives of those less fortunate. Guided by our shared commitment to creating a better world, we launched a fundraising campaign that yielded 300 Ugandan Shillings (UGX) – a sum that enabled us to extend a helping hand to those in need. Through this endeavor, we procured essentials such as mattresses, blankets, sanitary products, and nourishing food. Additionally, we were privileged to provide Maria Komukyeya of Futi-butangwa with a wheelchair, a gesture that brought hope and joy to her world.

Maria’s story is one of resilience and triumph in the face of adversity. Born into challenging circumstances, Maria has been under the loving care of her grandmother since her earliest days. Struggling to make ends meet after Maria’s mother left, her grandmother’s visit to the GPCC offices became a turning point. Sharing her heartwarming tale, Maria’s grandmother found unwavering support and appreciation from us, reaffirming the importance of our mission.

The driving force behind this outreach initiative encompasses several noble objectives:

1. Supporting People with Disabilities: Our paramount goal is to uplift and empower individuals with disabilities, granting them opportunities to lead fulfilling lives.
